The story of Chang’e, the Chinese Moon Goddess, exists in so many different ways that I can’t even keep track. Some know her as the mythical reason why we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and offer moon cakes to the moon every year. She and Jade Rabbit are no less Chinese icons even though no one can truly get their story straight.

The moon is simply an icon to everyone and every creature. I can’t thank the moon enough for existing and for glowing so beautifully in the night sky. Her influence is inexplicable. Why wouldn’t Chang’e pick the moon to reside on 5ever??
